Swap your bread for potato! A great source of energy and naturally gluten free, dairy free, and vegan.
- 1 Large purple or sweet potato
- 1 tbsp Avocado oil to drizzle over
- 1 tbsp Pink salt to sprinkle on top
- 1/2 Avocado
- Trader Joes Everything Bagel Seasoning
- Chia seeds
- Salmon Lox
- pure peanut butter
With a sharp knife, carefully slice the potato into "toast" wedges
Drizzle avocado oil and salt on top of each potato wedge
Put it in the air fryer at 400 for 10-15 minutes
Once toasted, add your favorite toppings on top.
