Potato Toast

Swap your bread for potato! A great source of energy and naturally gluten free, dairy free, and vegan.

  • Air Fryer


  • 1 Large purple or sweet potato
  • 1 tbsp Avocado oil to drizzle over
  • 1 tbsp Pink salt to sprinkle on top

Suggested toppings

  • 1/2 Avocado
  • Trader Joes Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • Chia seeds
  • Salmon Lox
  • pure peanut butter
  • Jam


  • With a sharp knife, carefully slice the potato into "toast" wedges
  • Drizzle avocado oil and salt on top of each potato wedge
  • Put it in the air fryer at 400 for 10-15 minutes
  • Once toasted, add your favorite toppings on top.
